CAEN Offerts Technical Support to its Customers in several ways:
For any technical question about CAEN products, two email addresses are available to our clients. The proper CAEN specialist will be happy to assist.

CERN maintenance service
A monthly maintenance service of CAEN products has been organised in Geneva at CERN and in Frascati (Rome) at the National Laboratories (LNF) by CAEN personnel.
For CERN Customer: please take care of completing all procedures for modules return at least one week before Caen Maintenance week @ CERN.
