Product returns and repairs
- If requesting to return a product, please complete all information and submit this form. Fields marked with * are required. This will allow us to provide a faster and more efficient service.
- The form must be filled ON-LINE and submitted by pressing the button SUBMIT . Once all datas have been verified, press the CONFIRM button until the page ready to be printed appears .
- A confirmation email with a PRN (Product Return Number) will be sent to the email address you provide.
- Please check the data below. After you have verified your data, you press "Confirm request" button below.
- We will send back the PRODUCT RETURN FORM (PRF) that you have to print and send with the product to be repaired.
- The PRF shows a PRODUCT REFERENCE NUMBER (PRN) that identifies the product sent in repair.
- Please mention the PRF in any correspondence towards CAEN, considering the product sent in repair.
- The PRF shows the ADDRESS to where send the product in repair.
- We will send you an automatic Confirmation e-mail. (Please do not reply; it is an unmonitored e-mail account).
