Position: Junior Software Developer (1)
Location: Viareggio (LU) Italy
Company: CAEN SpA
We seek a Junior Software Developer, to develop applications and user interfaces that controls and manage our devices. The candidate will join CAEN’s Software Development Team.
1. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Developing, testing, and continuous integration
- Work cross-functionally to enhance overall user experience of our software products
2. Qualifications:
- Graduate in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant field
- Experience in developing web, desktop (e.g. for academic or personal projects)
- Familiarity with programming languages Java, JavaScript, Python
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS
- Knowledge of the technical architecture of web applications (REST API, Databases, MVC patterns)
- Good knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
- English language (written and spoken)
- Available to international travels
3. Preferential Requirements:
- Italian as a mother language
- Basic understandings of version control: GIT
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Great attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- An analytical mind
